Shane has spent many years as a volunteer coaching children in his beloved sport of rugby. When a health set back meant he had to retire from coaching he felt he still wanted to have an input in sport especially rugby. So now Principle Financial Services and Principle Wills are the proud sponsors to Leicestershire's County Ladies Rugby Squad who have had an outstanding 2018/2019 season with them reaching the Gill Burns County Women's Championship Final at Twickenham in June.

And we would like to help further by raising more funds for grassroots rugby from mini/junior through to the adult game.
