The founder of Principle Wills and latterly Principle Financial Services, Shane is our Independent Financial Adviser and qualified Will Writer.

After several years working in Estate Planning he found his clients would benefit from some sound financial advice and studied to gain his diploma in financial advice (DipFA) to enable him to offer our clients a fully holistic service.
​
With a thirst for knowledge Shane attends regular training days and continuous personal development sessions (CPDs) to ensure he has the most current and up to date information to offer advice on.
​
An avid volunteer, Shane has spent a lot of his spare time coaching children in rugby and mentoring young leaders in the sport. He was very proud to receive an invitiation to Buckingham Palace to celebrate his acheivements in a volunteering role.

Sam deals with the day to day running of the office and all administration.
A fellow director and partner to Shane, together they make a solid team.
 
With a background in B2B sales to working in an administration role for an airline, Sam will be the voice you hear when you call us.

Sam has also worked alongside Shane in a volunteering capacity, managing the children in the teams he has coached to holding an administration role for the local rugby club.

Dinta's journey into the financial services sector began when she earnt her CeMAP qualification. This milestone marked the start of a fulfilling career dedicated to helping individuals navigate the complexities of mortgages and protection.
 
Since then, she has attained DipFA and CeRER enabling her to provide truly holistic financial advice across pensions, investments, retirement strategies and estate planning. 

She looks forward to helping individuals - and their families - achieve financial clarity and long-term peace of mind.​

Jayne is the Executive Office Administrator at Principle, supporting Shane and Sam to ensure every case is completed to the highest standard. She is passionate about delivering excellent client service and is committed to supporting clients at every stage of their journey.

Her role is varied and includes preparing initial client files, arranging annual client reviews, managing financial administration, and liaising with external providers.

​

Jayne has worked in office administration for 12 years, following more than 20 years’ experience in retail management.

​

Outside of work, she volunteers as both a Rainbow and Ranger leader with Girlguiding.

Lotte began her journey at Principle as the Marketing Communications Executive.​

With a focus on building deeper connections with existing clients and fostering greater engagement within the wider community, she is eager to contribute to the remarkable work the team already delivers.
